Called Bankside either a suspected gas leak and David attended our home within 20 minutes. He completed an inspection of the line and our appliances, found an issue with the regulator and liaised with the gas provider to attend and replace. Fantastic, professional and timely service. FANTASTIC service from start to finish. I had an emergency with water leaking through the roof(on a weekend of course!).Dave answered phone promptly AND with a disposition that quickly made me feel at ease knowing that there was going to be some sort of solution to the problem.He came out at the time he said, (PUNCTUAL),was honest with his assessment of the job,and proceeded to do a ‘temporary’ repair to get us through until the proper repair is done.
